Thank you for shopping at GLAMOURLUX® Hair. We offer our customers free shipping in the U.S. for hair extensions and wig purchases. Accessories purchased in separate transactions do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping costs are calculated during checkout along with delivery time estimates.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Orders/Shipping addresses cannot be changed or canceled after checkout. Our normal shipping days are Monday through Friday with no interruptions, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1 to 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for any carrier guarantees. All of our shipments include a Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, immediately contact the carrier.
GLAMOURLUX will not refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the estimated shipping times. If you live outside the US, you may be responsible for customs duties charged by your country. For more information, check with your local customs office.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GLAMOURLUX Hair is not responsible for any customs tariff and or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
GLAMOURLUX Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
